AMENDMENTS TO THE WASTE TYRE REGULATIONS, 2009
MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 69(1)(b) and (ee) read with section 80(2) of the NEM:WA, amended the Waste Tyre Regulations published under GNR 149 on 13 February 2009, as set out in the schedule to the notice. The amendments are generally aimed at bringing the Waste Tyre Regulations, which were originally published in terms of the Environment Conservation Act 73 of 1989, in line with the NEM:WA.
